How spiral winding works
Paper ribbons are wound at an angle around a mandrel and bonded ply over ply to build the wall. The tube is then cut to finished length.

Two operating winding lines and one in-house recutter. Two more owned lines are held for future expansion and are not operating.
Wound to order
Every order is wound to the length × ID × wall you specify, with printing agreed as part of the order. Winding method alone does not establish suitability for a load, so tell us the application and we review the construction with you.
